Frequently Asked Questions

#1 - How can I protect my tanning when swimming?

Chlorine is a bleach so it can fade your tan. To create a barrier between your skin and the water, try using a good quality waterproof sunblock when swimming. Reapply regularly and gently pat the skin with a towel when you get out of the pool. Take short dips rather than long swims as well.

#2 - Can I still shave my legs while I have a tan on?

Ensure you shave your legs 24 hours prior to application of the tan. Shaving generally exfoliates the skin so after the tan has been washed off, use hair conditioner instead of soap or shaving cream/gel as it softens the hairs and creates a barrier on the skin to reduce exfoliation and therefore, protecting the colour of the tan.

#3- How do I get the best longevity out of my tan?

Ensure the skin is thoroughly exfoliated prior to your tan, and that no moisturiser, deodorant or perfume is worn. Do not exfoliate the skin after your tan, and apply Supreme Goddess every second day to boost your tan. And don't forget to moisturise daily to keep the skin hydrated!

#4 - I am breastfeeding, can I still get a spray tan?

Yes it is totally safe.  However, hormonal changes may result in a lighter tan.
